2 hours before the start of the final, Russian TV channel NTV aired an audio recording, in which Jamala, while being convinced that she is speaking to Culture Minister of Ukraine, admitted that her song is political, which is forbidden by the rules of “Eurovision”. There was no reaction of the organizers and Jamala won. “Eurovision-2017” will take place in Ukraine. DPR authorities offer to host the contest in exchange for demonstrating to Europeans how much Ukraine “loves” its own people.
