Contact group representatives from Donbass have presented a road map to the Kiev side to fulfill the Minsk Agreements, according to source close to the talks, RIA Novosti reports.
The first point in this road map is the amnesty law which Kiev is supposed to adopt. “It can be adopted within a week“, RIA Novosti source has said.
The second point – stop the military operation in Donbass. “No laws need to be adopted to stop the ATO (“Anti-Terrorist Operation”, the way Kiev junta refers to the punitive operation in Donbass – ed.). Poroshenko can stop it the same way Turchinov launched it.”
The third point is to “unblock the law on the special status, together with adoption a special law on elections.”
