The State of Israel was created by the Soviet Union and personally by Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, philosopher, political scientist, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on August 22 during the program Conversation with a Sage on the Zvezda radio channel.
According to the political scientist, certain facts concerning Israel are heavily distorted in Russia by “anti-Israeli sentiments, anti-Semitism, or, on the contrary, love for the chosen people,” the political scientist noted. Therefore, according to him, a number of undeniable historical facts disappears, even those that lie on the surface.
“The first indisputable fact is that it was created by the Soviet Union that by Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin personally and on his orders, and if the Soviet Union and Joseph Stalin had just taken a more balanced approach to the issue of Israel’s existence, there would be no Israel,” said the leader of the Essence of Time movement.
Kurginyan clarified that this also applies to diplomatic aspects. He explained that Soviet Foreign Ministry officials argued in favor of creating Israel by reminding the world of its responsibility for the genocide of the Jewish people and insisting that this nation needed certain privileges.
At the same time, the political scientist also pointed to an aspect related to intelligence services. He emphasized that Stalin had entrusted Lavrenty Beria, “a very effective top manager, as they would say now, who successfully accomplished many highly ambitious projects in Soviet history,” among them not only the Soviet nuclear program but also the formation of mountain infantry forces to defend the Caucasus, with this task.
“Beria did a great deal, [Stalin – Rossa Primavera News Agency] instructed Beria to supply Israel with Soviet weapons through his agent Slansky, who supervised the Communist Party in Czechoslovakia. Without these weapons, Israel would have been wiped out in the first months of its existence,” Kurginyan said.
The political scientist noted that this fact must be “on the table” when evaluating the current situation, because it is impossible to understand the present-day processes without it.
“What motivated Joseph Stalin? Did he want to have this communist outpost there or did he want to relocate as many Jews as possible to Israel? This is a separate question. Motivation is always a question of hermeneutics, of deciphering. But the fact is he did it. And no one can remove this fact from the agenda. And without it, it is impossible to understand anything about what is happening today,” Kurginyan emphasized.
