The creation of a network of biological laboratories abroad allows the USA to approach the borders of its geopolitical rivals, creating bridgeheads for biological attacks, according to the final report of a parliamentary commission published on April 12 on the website of the Russian State Duma.
“The expansion of the US ‘biological’ presence in other countries allows the United States to approach the borders of its geopolitical adversaries with virtually no control, creating bridgeheads for the possible use of biological weapons,” the report reads.
The commission indicates that the United States has intensified its biomedical activities in the former Soviet Union states.
