Kurginyan reveals what in the world’s response to Russia’s special operation astonishes Putin

The number of the sanctions imposed on Russia after the start of the conflict in Ukraine surprised many people, including Russian President Vladimir Putin, political scientist, philosopher, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said in an interview with Vyacheslav Manucharov on the YouTube channel of Manuchi’s Empathy program, published on March 13.

The political scientist has noted that the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is very similar to the conflict between India and Pakistan, because these countries are in turn the parts of the disintegrated British colony.

“In these parts there were problems with the population, there were tensions. One war, another war. Everyone looked at this philosophically,” Kurginyan pointed out.

And no one, including the West, so vehemently supported this or other side, no one imposed a huge number of sanctions against either India or Pakistan.

“What I mean exactly is, has anyone done a millionth of what has been done to us in the Indo-Pakistan conflict? And these were the parts of something unified that disintegrated,” the philosopher pointed out.

The same applies to the Iran-Iraq conflict, the political scientist continued his thought. According to him, both Americans and Israelis supported Iraq, but supported “a little bit.”

“But there was no such hysteria. And here some fundamental process emerged that astonished everyone – in my opinion, even the president – by its scale,” Kurginyan noted, characterizing the West’s reaction to the conflict in Ukraine and, in turn, the Russian president’s surprise at such West’s reaction.

Answering the host’s question as to why the West reacted this way to the start of a special military operation in Ukraine, the philosopher explained, “Because they hate us so much, because the goal: a good Russian is a dead Russian.”

According to Kurginyan, this hatred of Russia had now emerged from under the mask of Western political correctness, when it was said: “Oh those new Russians, charmant! That’s it, we accept them, Tchaikovsky, Dostoyevsky are wonderful!” “That’s over,” the philosopher concluded.

He added that in addition to the West’s special hatred of the Russians, the fact is that the Western elite realized that if it does not punish Russia now, it will not be able to defeat China. Therefore, the political scientist stressed, the West will try with all its might to defeat Russia and will not allow any peaceful end to the conflict in Ukraine in the near future.
