Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu signed the protocol on amendments to the agreement on joint provision of regional security. BelTA reported this on December 3.
It is reported that the heads of defense ministries discussed urgent issues of bilateral military and military-technical cooperation during the meeting in Minsk.
Following the meeting, Shoigu and Khrenin signed a protocol on amendments to the agreement between Belarus and Russia on joint provision of regional security in the military sphere, adopted on December 19, 1997.
