Kiev to declare 2017 the Year of the Bandera Nazis

Kiev City Council approved the bill “On announcing 2017 as the year of the Ukrainian revolution and Ukrainian Insurgent Army (organization banned in Russia – Rossa Primavera News Agency) in the city of Kiev” on 27th of April, says the official City Council’s site.

The bill includes a search for memorable places linked with Ukrainian revolution and with the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN, organization banned in Russia), a celebration of centennial of Ukrainian revolution and the seventy-fifth anniversary of the founding of the UIA (organization banned in Russia). Cultural, scientific, and educational events will be organized, research-to-practice conferences will be held together with exhibitions during the celebration.
