UN: Evidence on mass murder in Odessa mostly destroyed

United Nation states that the majority of evidence on the mass murder of civilians in Odessa on May 2, 2014, by radical Ukrainian Nazis is destroyed, according to UN Special Rapporteur on Extrajudicial, Summary and Arbitrary Executions Christoph Heinz.

Many of pieces of evidence were destroyed directly after the events, it makes it very difficult to have a proper follow-up. And the processes of accountability have been extremely slow”, Heinz noted.

Kiev junta’s militants have violated the ceasefire 7 times in the past 24 hours

Kiev junta’s punitive forces have violated the ceasefire 7 times in the past 24 hours, according to DPR Deputy Defense Minister Eduard Basurin. 24 tank shells and 13 120mm caliber mortar shells were fired at the territory of Donetsk People’s Republic.

Staromikhaylovka township was shelled six times by tanks, mortars and small arms from the direction of Nazi-occupied Krasnogorovka. The punitive forces shelled Spartak village once.

Ukrainian Parliament agrees on arresting “Radical Party” MP

Ukrainian Parliament agreed on arresting the “Radical Party” member MP Igor Mosyichuk.

Earlier the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin stated that there is evidence of Mosyichuk committing grave crimes. “I ask to immediately allow the prosecution, detaining and arrest of People’s MP Mosyichuk. I bring the case to you for approval immediately, so that Mosyichuk would not escape,” Shokin stated in the Parliament.

The decision was approved by 262 MPs, with a required minimum of 226 votes.

Donetsk hospital came under fire from Kiev junta-occupied Peski village

Kuybyshev district of Donetsk Hospital №19 came under fire today by small arms from the direction of Nazi-occupied Peski village, according to Kuybyshevsky district administration head Ivan Prikhodko.

He added that the front of building, the windows and the ambulances were damaged. “There were no victims. Currently the amount of damage done to the medical institution is being estimated,” Prikhodko concluded.

Kiev to announce a new action plan in case Minsk Agreements fail

16.09.2015, Kiev.

In case the Minsk Agreements fail, Ukraine will proceed to the “next phase, which will not be based on the Minsk Agreements,” according to the “Pyotr Poroshenko Bloc” party parliamentary group leader Yury Lutsenko.

Ukraine will peacefully proceed to another phase which will not be based on the Minsk Agreements that expire on December 31. As long as the possibility to restore the territorial integrity through the Minsk Agreements – we will not let that chance perish. December 31 – the last day of the possibility to achieve peace and territorial integrity of Ukraine through the Minsk Agreements. We will announce the next plan on January 1.

Pyotr Poroshenko has also announced that the contingency plan exists and that he is unwilling to extend the Minsk Agreements through 2016.

Communist Party of Ukraine has accused SBU of libel

Communist Party of Ukraine has stated that the attempt to accuse the representatives of the branch of the party in Odessa region of preparing a series of acts of sabotage, terrorist attacks and assassinations spread by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is slander.

The SBU information regarding the detention of a terrorist group, which allegedly included members of the Communist Party of Ukraine is a cynical and blatant lie. This lie is spread directly at the direction and with the filing of the Ministry of Justice, directorate of the SBU and the president’s administration to put pressure on the judges during the proceedings to ban Communist Party of Ukraine in Kiev administrative Court on September 18,“- the statement on the website of the Communist Party says.
