Russia’s Investigation Committee opens three new cases over shelling in Donbass

The Investigation Committee of Russia opened three new criminal cases to investigate incidents of shelling against civilians in Donbass, an IC spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko reported on August 14.

The cases were opened according to the article of “the use of prohibited means of warfare” of the Russian Criminal Code. According to the Committee, on July 28th, August 3rd, and 4th, Kiev’s military shelled civilian infrastructure using heavy weapons. Continue reading
