DPR: Ukrainian army actively utilizes drones to adjust artillery fire

The intensity of fire is increased at the contact line. The Ukrainian army used tanks and heavy artillery; the enemy used the reconnaissance drones to adjust artillery fire, a source in the Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia (DPR PM) informed a Rossa Primavera News Agency reporter on April 26.

Trench combat continued on the borders of Gorlovka and Donetsk. The tensest situation is observed near the village of Zaytsevo and in the area of the “Yasinovataya” checkpoint. Continue reading

Ukrainian army shells LPR during OSCE SMM Chief Monitor’s visit

On April 26, the Ukrainian side shelled the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic (the LPR) while Ertuğrul Apakan, Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine was visiting the LPR, the LPR People’s Militia official representative, lieutenant-colonel Andrey Marochko stated during his briefing at the Lugansk Information Centre.

Marochko says, “Knowing that the OSCE SMM Chief Monitor to Ukraine Ertuğrul Apakan is present on the territory of the Republic with a working visit, the Ukrainian military violated the ceasefire five times .” Continue reading

Schuka is on his way to recovery

Our brother Schuka is slowly, but surely getting better. Two weeks ago Yura had another operation done on his face, and now it is much more comfortable for him to speak and eat.  Yura is now exercising his right arm, which was recently operated on for its ligaments to be restored, every day. And above all, Schuka has started to walk! For now, he walks unsteadily and only with a walker, but this is already appreciable progress, which makes us optimistic. Yura himself is, as usual, in fighting spirits, and he is waiting for the next operations. Continue reading
