DPR forces established full control of the town of Krasny Liman, the official Telegram channel of the republic’s Territorial Defense Headquarters reported on May 27.
“As of May 27, 2022, a group of DPR and LPR troops on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic with fire support from the Russian Armed Forces has liberated and established full control over 220 settlements, including Krasny Liman,” the message reads.
On May 24, DPR head Denis Pushilin announced the start of the assault of Krasny Liman by the Russian Armed Forces and DPR forces.
