Rossa Primavera News Agency publishes a summary of events in Ukraine as of 5 p.m. on April 25.

Two significant fires in Bryansk are reported. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that tanks on the territory of an oil depot and an ammunition warehouse were on fire. The railroad was also damaged. Several schools in Bryansk were evacuated.

Two Ukrainian Bayraktar TB2 drones were shot down in Kursk region. Russian Ministry of Defense:

  • High-precision, long-range weapons on the northern outskirts of the city of Kremenchug destroyed oil refinery fuel production facilities as well as storage facilities with oil products to supply military equipment to a group of Ukrainian troops.
  • Throughout the night, high-precision airborne missiles hit six Ukrainian military facilities. These included three strongholds and locations where manpower and military equipment were amassed, as well as three ammunition depots in the districts of Barvenkovo and Novaya Dmitrovka in the Kharkov region.
  • Operational and tactical aviation and army aviation of the Russian Air Force hit 56 military facilities in Ukraine. Among them: two command posts, 53 areas of concentration of enemy manpower and military equipment, and a fuel storage facility near the village of Novaya Dmitrovka. Up to 160 personnel were killed, and 23 armored vehicles, artillery and vehicles were destroyed.

Liberation of the LPR and DPR

Situation on the territory of LPR and DPR

The enemy opened fire on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic using 122 mm BM-21 “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, 152 and 122mm artillery, 120 and 82mm mortars. Areas of eight towns and villages in the republic were hit by the shelling.

According to the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination, 22 residential buildings and seven civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged. The Ukrainian militants fired a total of 255 rounds of ammunition.


As a result of the shelling of the Donetsk People’s Republic by the Ukrainian army, 50 transformer substations, 2 boiler houses, 2 educational facilities, 1 hospital and over 4,500 household customers were left without electric power.

Pushilin said that it will only be possible to talk about a full water supply in Donetsk when Slavyansk comes under the control of the DPR.

As a result of the shelling, a house and a gas pipeline in Kirovsky district of Donetsk were damaged on Lozovaya Street. On Tchaikovsky Street, a house caught fire, a local resident was wounded by shrapnel and a man was wounded.

As a result of the shelling of Makeevka from Uragan MLRS, 10 residential buildings were damaged. Over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s armed units fired 14 shells from 122mm artillery and 120mm mortars on the towns of Pervomaysk and Zolotoye-5. Ukrainian armed units fired 152mm artillery shells at the town of Donetskiy.

Liberated territories

In the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, previously liberated by a group of DPR troops, six civilians wounded as a result of Ukrainian militants’ shelling received medical treatment.

The DPR authorities continue to carry out priority activities aimed at restoring the social and humanitarian sphere.

Employees of the DPR Ministry of Labor and Social Policy in the Starobeshevo district received 52 applications for the resumption and assignment of payments.

The employees of the DPR Ministry of Health continue to receive citizens in the liberated territories. 410 patients received qualified medical assistance. One person was evacuated to medical institutions in Donetsk. There are 53 pregnant women supervised in the medical facilities, and one birth was delivered in Mariupol.

Employees of the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations surveyed more than 6 hectares of territories and 1000 square meters of premises. 596 explosive objects were found. 11,440 humanitarian kits were distributed in Mariupol.

Political situation

Unknown persons fired several shots from grenade launchers at the building of the Ministry of State Security of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in Tiraspol. There were casualties. Three explosions were heard.
