30.03.2022, Moscow.

Rossa Primavera News Agency publishes a summary of events in Ukraine as of 5 p.m. on March 30.

Russian Ministry of Defense:

During the first stage of the special military operation conducted by the Russian Armed Forces in Donbass and Ukraine, the plan was to force the enemy to concentrate its forces, means, resources and combat equipment to hold large population centers in these areas, including Kiev. To paralyze them on the battlefield and without storming these cities, in order to avoid civilian losses, to inflict such a defeat on the armed formations of the Kiev regime that it would not be able to use these forces on the main direction of action of our Armed Forces – in Donbass. All of these goals have been met.

At the same time, the Russian Army also solved another task, namely – in the absence of an influx of fresh enemy forces from the western and central regions of Ukraine through professional military action, using the absolute air superiority it had gained, also using modern high-precision weapons – to create all the necessary conditions for the final stage of the operation to liberate the People’s Republics of Donbass.

To this end, the long-term defensive fortifications created by the Kiev regime over eight years have been and continue to be constantly targeted. All the main lines of communication, supply and approach of reserves have been taken under complete control. Ukraine’s air defence systems, airfield infrastructure, major military depots, mercenary training grounds and concentration centers have been destroyed. These military targets are continued to be targeted.

Thus, all the main tasks of the Russian Armed Forces on the Kiev and Chernigov directions have been accomplished. The purpose of the regrouping of the Russian Armed Forces is to intensify action in priority areas and, above all, to complete the operation for the complete liberation of Donbass.

An Su-24 of the Ukrainian Air Force was shot down near the village of Tumen in the Rovno region, near the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, during an aerial battle.

The Iskander operational and tactical missile system destroyed two large rocket and artillery ammunition depots in the village of Kamenka, Donetsk region.

High-precision airborne missiles destroyed large fuel depots in the areas of Starokonstantinov and Khmelnitskiy, from which fuel was supplied to Ukrainian armored vehicles in Donbass.

Russian air defence forces destroyed 10 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles in the areas of Izyum, Novaya Kakhovka, Donetsk, Nikolaev, Berdyansk, Gorlovka, Lugansk and Rubezhnoye during the day.

During the day, operational and tactical aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles hit 69 military targets in Ukraine. Among them: three command posts, two multiple rocket launchers, eight ammunition and rocket-artillery depots and 52 strongholds and areas of ammunition concentration.

A total of 124 aircraft and 77 helicopters, 214 anti-aircraft missile systems, 323 unmanned aerial vehicles, 1,767 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 186 multiple rocket launchers, 741 pieces of field artillery and mortars and 1,657 pieces of special military vehicles have been destroyed since the start of the special military operation.

The mopping-up of the village of Zolotaya Niva from Ukrainian nationalist formations is underway. The advance was 8 kilometers. Up to 50 Ukrainian army personnel were killed, three tanks, five infantry fighting vehicles and eight vehicles of different purpose were destroyed in the area.

During the joint operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, DPR and LPR to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine, a group of DPR troops continues to liberate towns and villages of the Donetsk People’s Republic that were previously under the control of the Ukrainian army.

Currently, 135 towns and villages are under our control. The combat to liberate Mariinka, Novomikhaylovka and Novobakhmutovka are underway.

Pushylin: the offensive operation in Donbass is intensifying on different directions.

The LPR units continue the offensive on Severodonetsk. Combat is underway to mope up the villages of Zhytlovka of the Ukrainian militants.

Ukrainian nationalist battalions on the Severodonetsk direction suffer serious losses. As a result of the disruption of transport communications, their ability to replenish them is blocked. During the day on this direction more than 50 nationalists were killed, 2 tanks, 3 IFVs and two field depots of rocket and artillery weapons were destroyed.

Mariupol

The Ukrainian leadership used helicopters to attempt to evacuate the commander of Azov (organization banned in the Russian Federation) Prokopenko and the commander of the 36th Ukrainian army’s Marine Brigade Baranyuk with a number of very important foreign mercenaries. Two sorties were made for the evacuation. The approach was made from the side of the Sea of Azov. During the first attempt on March 28, one helicopter was destroyed. The second attempt to enter the territory of Azovstal was foiled yesterday, on March 29, but the crew did not dare to enter the air defense zone, and, after being detected, withdrew. The air defense system in the area of the plant was strengthened. Any attempt to evacuate the commanders will be firmly suppressed.

For the Ukrainian authorities, everything must end in one thing: a large-scale trial against the neo-Nazis in Ukraine.”

The Syrian embassy in Russia reported that it was expanding cooperation with the DPR and LPR, as well as working on the official recognition of the republics. Syrian Ambassador Riad Haddad said that Syria calls on the world community to abandon the dollar and is ready to settle accounts with Russia in national currencies.

Talks between Russian and Chinese foreign ministers took place.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov briefed Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on the progress of the special operation in Ukraine and the dynamics of the negotiation process with the Kiev regime. The diplomats noted the counterproductive nature of the sanctions imposed by the United States and its satellites against Russia. In addition, Lavrov drew attention to the US military and biological activities in Ukraine during his talks with Wang Yi.

This is a positive factor. As for the rest we cannot admit anything very promising, any breakthroughs. There is a very long way to go.”

Peskov said that Russia has “no Stalingrads” in its plans for special operations in Ukraine, responding to a request to comment on the opinion of some experts who wonder why negotiations with Ukraine are needed when “Stalingrad is already on the agenda of military actions.”

Aksyonov, “I want to say that in Crimea none of the Ukrainian crooks will be able to re-register their property anymore. Working out the lists will be completed this week, the republican legislative act will be adopted by the Crimean parliament in a week. Accordingly, decisions on nationalization will be made.”

Ukraine agreed: to refuse to join NATO, refuse attempts to obtain weapons of mass destruction, refuse to deploy foreign military bases and military contingents, to conduct military exercises with foreigners only by agreement with Russia.

The Union of Grain Exporters asked the Central Bank to study the possibility for foreign buyers of Russian grain to make payments in rubles for export contracts. The scheme might work at least with Turkey, which is already ready to switch to national currencies in trade.

Germany will not violate contracts and do not pay for gas in rubles, German firms agree with this, according to the head of the Ministry of Economics of Germany.

Germany has activated an early warning regime for emergencies “in case of cutting of gas supplies” from Russia – the German economy minister. Following Germany, Austria has also activated an early emergency warning mode in case of gas supply interruption from Russia. The early-warning mode is a regime of strict gas saving, to which Germany and Austria are adopting.

Chairman of the State Duma Volodin, “If you want to get gas, look for rubles. There should be no other way. Moreover, it will be correct to expand the list of goods exported for rubles where it is profitable for our country: fertilizers, grain, oil, oil, coal, metals, timber, etc.”.

The number of refugees who left Ukraine exceeded 4.2 million.

The number of people arriving in Russia from Ukraine and Donbass exceeded 492,000.

Podolyak, “I especially want to stress highlight the part of the negotiations concerning Crimea. Direct bilateral negotiations on the Crimean problem and fixing the current situation for 15 years is a revolutionary proposal. Because it means at least putting the topic of Crimea back on the negotiating agenda. Before that, the Russians categorically refused to do so. And besides, it allows us to preserve the current legal interpretations of Crimea, because for us Crimea is definitely a part of Ukraine. The rejection of mutual military escalation on the Crimean issue is the key to the overall cessation of war.”

Russian Defense Ministry: On March 20, President Zelensky, in a video address to the Israeli Knesset, accused Russia of allegedly striking the city of Uman in the Cherkasy region. To heighten the dramatic effect, Zelensky stated, quote, “this is a place that tens of thousands of Israelis visit every year for pilgrimage.”

In a special military operation, the Russian armed forces do not strike civilian objects. Especially not on places of worship and any other places of public worship.

It is the Kiev regime, in violation of international humanitarian law and simply the norms of morality, that uses such facilities as gathering and transfer points for weapons and Nazis to take part in hostilities.

Today we present evidence received from a member of the Uman Jewish community of the use by the Zelensky regime for these purposes of the building of the new city synagogue, located at Shosseiny Lane 1. Photographs taken on March 21, that is, the day after Zelensky’s speech in the Knesset, record the formation of two columns with nationalists on the synagogue grounds.

I would like to point out that the property, weapons, and ammunition stored in the synagogue building were first loaded by the nationalists into the backs of dump trucks, and then disguised as bags of construction debris.

At the same time, to transport nationalists and foreign mercenaries from the western regions of Ukraine, buses with school vehicle paintings with corresponding “Children” signs are used, as can be clearly seen in the photographs.

Thus, the object of the Jewish cult in Uman is deliberately used by the Kiev nationalist regime for military purposes. In order to provoke a conflict and political pressure of Jewish religious organizations on Russia in the event of a strike on it.

The head of the Ukrainian delegation at the negotiations Arakhamia, “When we come to the conditional signing of the treaty or the moment when it can already be seriously discussed, they [Russian troops] will have to leave completely. This is an international fuse, not just our demands or requests, but the necessary conditions to ensure the working signing of this document.”

If a medal from Lavrov is more important to him than relations with me, he should say so directly.”

Western countries

Peter Szijjártó, head of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that the Ukrainian authorities colluded with the Hungarian opposition, “The information published in the press is true. The Hungarian left has failed in an ugly way. Failed with the fact that there are such negotiations. Trump called on Putin to release information about ties between Hunter Biden, the son of the current US president, and Elena Baturina. “She [Baturina] gave him [Biden] $3.5 million, o now I would think Putin would know the answer to that. I think he should release it. I think we should know that answer. Why did the mayor of Moscow’s wife give the Bidens, both of them, $3.5 million? That’s a lot of money,” Trump stated.

Trump also noted that he would like to know more about Hunter Biden’s relationship with Ukrainian businessman Nikolai Zlochevsky, the owner of the gas company Burisma Holdings. The company hired Biden Jr. in 2014 and, according to the network, paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

A number of Soviet war memorials in Berlin, including those in Treptow Park, were attacked by unknown vandals, the capital’s police told RIA Novosti. The administration of the museum complex in Buchenwald refused to allow representatives of Russia and Belarus to participate in a ceremony marking the 77th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi concentration camp.
