Kurginyan explains how Russia should get prepared to biological war

24.11.2021, Moscow.

Russia should fundamentally rearrange its healthcare in order to be prepared to a biological war, said philosopher, political scientist and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on November 14 in his original broadcast “The Meaning of the Game.”

Kurginyan proposed these measures for the case if Russia is facing a biological war.

Kurginyan noted that speculations alleging that the pandemic can be potentially used to rearrange the world began back in 2017. According to an unofficial discussion version, the pandemic is supposed to rearrange the world and overcome the exhaustion of capitalism.

The pandemic was intended to take place in two phases. At the first stage, not too lethal although quite dangerous virus would be used in order to test system’s reaction. At the second stage, a warfare virus would be used to initiate the final transformation.

“In no way am I absolutizing this scenario. I consider it to be problematic, not perfectly substantiated, and speculative to some extent, but only to some extent,” Kurginyan said.

Kurginyan noted that a number of sources allege US’ preparation to a biological war, including officials from the University of Montpellier, the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology, the Freiburg University, etc.

“Therefore, I must consider this hypothesis. Because, in particular, some parts of the current events may have another interpretation if the second phase is coming. And finally, if it is coming, although I do not think it is imminent, because certain game has to be finalized, and many internal conflicts maintain… Russia has to make a tremendous effort to transform its healthcare. We must be ready to provide those who suffered from the infection with the most advanced hospitals, and we must do this in quite a different numbers than it is currently taking place,” Kurginyan said.

Kurginyan noted that if biological weapons are widely used, he would recommend building at least tens of thousands, or maybe one hundred thousand of modern hospitals. And they must report to military medicine.

“We need in this case ― and only in this case! ― a swift mobilization system, which would require unprecedented effort and investment. The only point is that we must not mishit, we must not take the bait, a false misleading threat; this is why I am speaking about it in a very cautious and hypothetic manner,” Kurginyan said.
