A girl and a child were injured as a result of mortar shelling by Ukrainian militants of the outskirts of Donetsk, a representative of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) at the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination told reporters on October 21.
“As a result of the morning shelling, a girl and a child were injured, and four houses were damaged,” said the DPR representative. He added that an 11-years-old child born and an 18-years-old girl were diagnosed with brain contusions.
Earlier, DPR representatives reported that Ukrainian militants fired 18 large-caliber mortar shells on the outskirts of Donetsk.
