Kurginyan: Capitalism pulls Man into hell

24.05.2021, Moscow.

Capitalism has abandoned moral and ethical restraints, and this is a disaster, because without these norms the world will turn into hell, political scientist and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on May 16 on the Sunday Evening with Vladimir Solovyov program on the Russia One TV channel.

The expert stressed that the world continues to swing back and forth, no process is final. However, the political scientist noted that “this world is moving in a certain direction”.

“Its constant is that global capitalism has destroyed its normative grid. It destroyed it has itself, whether capitalism intensively destroyed it or not, but this is a disaster! The collapse of the Soviet Union provoked this to some degree. This is a disaster, because capitalism without a normative grid becomes hell. That is horrible. And this horror will crawl slowly into the world”, said Kurginyan.

Earlier, the political scientist drew attention to the fact that the model of Man in capitalism was based on the postulate that Man is sinful, and there is no need to remake him. Sinfulness, restrained by norms and law, was used as an engine of development, including economic development.
