Two militiamen were killed in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) over the past 24 hours as a result of the Ukrainian military’s shelling. A representative of the DPR People’s Militia said to reporters on March 23.
“We regret to inform you that two defenders of the republic died as a result of Ukrainian aggression. We express our sincere condolences to the families and friends of the fallen servicemen,” said the representative of the DPR People’s Militia.
He advised Ukrainian security forces to refuse to follow the “criminal” orders of their command and said that in case of an open threat to the lives and health of civilians, DPR Armed Forces will retaliate to suppress the enemy’s fire activity.
“We remind you that crimes against humanity have no statute of limitations, and every criminal will suffer the punishment he deserves,” said the representative of the DPR People’s Militia.
Earlier, the DPR representatives informed that the Ukrainian military violated the ceasefire in Donbass twice over the past 24 hours. Earlier, on March 22, a civilian was killed in Aleksandrovka village as a result of a sniper fire that came from the Ukrainian side.
