Ukrainian military mines roads near the villages located at the contact line in Donbass. A representative of the People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR PM) said to reporters on February 10.
“Mining of roads with anti-tank TM-62 mines is observed,” the representative of the DPR PM said.
He specified that the Ukrainian military are placing mines across roads at the exits out of the villages near Gorlovka and Donetsk (under control of the DPR). In particular, mines were found at the exit out of Zaytsevo Severnoye in close proximity to residential buildings, as well as at the exit out of Peski.
The laying of barrier minefields is observed in the area of responsibility of the 35th and 28th Ukrainian army’s brigades.
Measures to maintain the ceasefire in Donbass stipulates a ban on combat operations and the deployment of weapons in and near populated areas.
