Russian peacekeepers clear 34 hectares of land and 12 kilometers of roads of the mines in Karabakh

The Russian Ministry of Defense published the report on the implementation of the peacekeeping mission in Nagorno-Karabakh on December 2 on the official website.

The report reads that Russian peacekeepers continue to carry out mine-clearing operations. “Over the past 24 hours, inspection, search and cleaning of the territory of secondary school No 10 in Stepanakert from explosive objects was completed,” the report reads.

During the entire peacekeeping mission, the Russian military cleared over 34 hectares of land and about 12 kilometers of roads of mines. The sappers also examined more than 110 buildings, including residential and social facilities. 1,077 discovered explosive objects were destroyed.
