Kurginyan predicts time and place of next major war

A decisive armed conflict defining the world order may take place as soon as in 2023, political scientist and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on November 11 on the air of the Evening with Vladimir Solovyov TV program on the Russia One channel.

“I think it will happen in 2023. This is how it seems to me,” the analyst noted.

As for possible the geographical localization of the conflict, Sergey Kurginyan proposed a number of hypotheses. “This can be obscured in the form of a conflict between India and Pakistan, for example. Or between other similar nuclear powers. For example, certain hostile moves against Israel can also result in this kind of a convulsion. They have things to fire, and what to fire it at, and they will fire it in a sweeping manner against all the targets.”

The coming military conflict has to be powerful enough to determine the global balance of power, but there is a chance that it will not escalate into a global conflict.

“In my opinion, the war will be like this: a power that has gone insane and agreed to instigate regional conflicts is the first scenario. It will not talk about a conflict like, ‘We will bomb the Kremlin’ or the like. It will say that it has fraternal nations it must unite with, and that certain other nations are preventing this,” the analyst continued. This will be followed by conflicts for territorial reintegration or something else, he added.

A scenario is possible when a regional conflict gets too far “and result in an exchange of strikes taking the war to a medium intensity,” Kurginyan said.
