The information staff of Nagorno-Karabakh published photos of cluster munitions of multiple launch rocket systems which Azerbaijan fired on the capital of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Stepanakert on October 5.
The photos show unexploded parts of the cluster munitions allegedly fired by the “Smerch” multiple rocket launcher system on Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh.
“If you find unexploded cluster munitions in the capital or anywhere, do not touch them. In recent days, the enemy has used these weapons, which pose a long-term danger to the population. We ask you to be as careful as possible,” the information staff said.

Earlier video recordings made on the streets of Stepanakert during the Azerbaijan’s attack were published. The footage clearly shows that the Azerbaijan used cluster munitions.
Later, the Artsakh ombudsman reported that 21 civilians were killed as a result of the attacks on Artsakh settlements by Azerbaijan. Another 82 people were wounded.
