The Azerbaijani military attacked the positions of the Defense Army of the Artsakh Republic [unrecognized state – Rossa Primavera News Agency], Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan reported on September 27 on his Facebook page.
“The enemy launched offensive against Artsakh. The Defense Army is successfully repelling the attack. The situation is developing now, information will be summarized and reported if necessary,” wrote Pashinyan.
He urged the public to trust only official sources of information and be aware of provocations.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported a shelling of some populated areas near the line of contact with Karabakh. According to Artsakh, the Azerbaijani military shelled the capital of the Republic Stepanakert and other villages.
