Five ceasefire violations registered over the past day in Syria

The Russian military informed about five violations of ceasefire over the past day in Syria, as reported in an information bulletin published on September 21 on the Russian Defense Ministry’s website.

The bulletin reads that Russia registered five violations of ceasefire – in Aleppo (3 violations), Latakia (1 violation), and Idlib (1 violation) provinces.

Turkish side did not register any violations of ceasefire over the past 24 hours.

During the past 24 hours, the Russian Centre for reconciliation of opposing sides in the Syrian Arab Republic conducted two humanitarian actions – 440 food packages were delivered to Khadar (Quneitra province), another 75 packages were delivered to Shamiya (Latakia province).

Since March 6, 2020, a ceasefire was established in the Idlib de-escalation zone. The guarantors of the agreement are Russia and Turkey.
