Chinese experts said on August 30 that the closure of the Hong Kong-America Center known for its active support of anti-Chinese protests is a failure of the US authorities, Global Times reports.
According to the experts, as a result of the deteriorating US-China relations the center became a Washington’s puppet engaged in brainwashing students through specially organized events.
The experts note that apart from students the center used to work with pupils, elaborating some courses for latters in order to promote anti-China ideologies.
They believe that the closure of the center is a failure of American policy that will interfere with the dissemination of anti-China ideas among Hong Kong population via educational channels.
