Kurginyan: Why does no one hear the WHO’s calls to investigate the COVID-19 epidemic?

11.08.2020, Moscow.

If the World Health Organization (WHO) talks about the need to identify the origin of coronavirus, it means that it is still unknown, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, analyst and political scientist Sergey Kurginyan said on August 10 in his original broadcast “The Meaning of the Game.”

He reminded that on May 19, 2020, the WHO members unanimously upheld the call to “initiate a stepwise process <…> of impartial, independent and comprehensive evaluation <…> to review experience gained and lessons learned from the WHO-coordinated international health response to COVID-19.”

According to many experts, the actions of this international community have done much harm. First of all, it concerns quarantine and coronavirus hysteria, explained Kurginyan.

In addition, the WHO called to identify the origin of coronavirus and the circumstances in which the people are being infected with the virus. A week later, during the talks with the head of the World Health Organization Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on May 26, 2020, the UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson stressed the importance of conducting an independent investigation into the causes of COVID-19.

According to Kurginyan, this clearly shows that the causes of coronavirus in the world are still unknown.

“It would seem that it is simply necessary to question everything, since the situation is so ambiguous and is characterized as being such,” the analyst stressed. “So where does a ban on these doubts come from?”

“All the more so because the disease shows extremely unexpected properties, which are beyond what is characteristic of other coronaviruses,” added Kurginyan.

However, the political scientist noted, the elites of most countries demonstrate an unprecedented “naivety” in a sense that poet Naum Korzhavin wrote about [the poem translated as a plain text]:

Naivety!

    Stop being moved by it!

It is not a divine grace at all.

Naivety can be caused by laziness,

by unwillingness to understand.

1

It can be caused by indifference to loss.

To love… And that too is sloth.

It’s so much safer to believe once and for all,

than to live and think every day.

1

So, fear those whose spirit is iron,

Who blocks the way for doubts.

In whose heart the fear of seeing the abyss

Is stronger than fear to step into it.
