The Ukrainian army’s troops mined farmland near the village of Orekhovo, LuganskInformCenter informed on July 29 referring to the press service of the People’s Police of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR).
“It was registered that near Orekhovo village, soldiers of the 93rd Brigade placed 20 TM-62 anti-tank blast mines at the fields and farmlands, where soil-cultivating equipment works regularly and workers are moving,” the LPR military said.
On July 27, an indefinite truce between Ukraine and the DPR and the LPR came into force. This agreement was reached as a result of the meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group on the settlement of the conflict in Donbass on July 22, 2020.
