DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic) People’s Militia declared a total indefinite ceasefire, its chief-of-staff Denis Sinenkov said on July 26 during a meeting with journalists.
Sinenkov said that following negotiations under the Minsk Group, which had taken place on July 22, DPR forces would implement a total ceasefire since the midnight of July 27 and till the end of the conflict. The chief-of-staff added that the use of any arms, including small ones, is prohibited for all military personnel of his department.
He also stressed that in case of enemy’s aggression the People’s Militia will be ready to take adequate actions in accordance with the orders of its leadership.
