Russia registers three violations of ceasefire in Syria over a day

The Russian side of the Russian-Turkish commission to monitor the implementation compliance of the ceasefire in Syria registers three violations over a day joint. A news bulletin published on the website of the Russian Defense Ministry informs on July 24.

It is informed that three violations of ceasefire are registered in provinces of Latakia (1 violation) and of Idlib (2 violations).

The Turkish side has not recorded a single violation of the ceasefire over the past 24 hours.

In the past 24 hours, the Centre for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides and Refugee Migration Monitoring in the Syrian Arab Republic undertook two humanitarian actions; 440 food packages were delivered to Kibareb village (Aleppo province) and another 250 food packages were delivered to Khan Tuman village (Aleppo province).

Since March 6, 2020, a ceasefire came into force in the Idlib de-escalation zone. Russia and Turkey are the guarantors of the agreement.
