Militants attacks a Russian-Turkish patrol in Syria

Unknown persons attacked a Russian-Turkish joint patrol in the in Idlib province on May 12, a Rossa Primavera News Agency source in the Syrian Arab Republic (SAR) informed.

“Unidentified militants fired a grenade from a rocket-propelled grenade launcher at a Russian-Turkish joint patrol on M4 road,” the agency interlocutor said. He added that the missile passed by without causing damage.

The incident occurred near a bridge on the outskirts of Ariha town on the M4 Latakia-Aleppo road.

On May 12, Russian and Turkish military patrolled the M4 road in the Syrian Idlib province for the tenth time. According to unspecified information, unknown persons attacked the convoy forcing it to return.
