Syrian army conducts drone strike against terrorists

11.05.2020, Damascus.

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) used drones carrying bombs against militants in Idlib on May 10, a Rossa Primavera News Agency source in Syria reported.

“The SAA drone with ammunition on board attacked an armed terrorist group’s position in the village of al-Khaluba in southern Idlib with bombs,” the agency source said.

Very little is known about the use of the Syrian army’s drones. In particular, a number of reports mention the “Flight” and “Bee” Soviet complexes, modern Russian drones, as well as UAVs of Ababil and Mohajer class produced in Iran.
