A man and three girls injured in Donetsk in one day

The number of civilians injured in Donetsk has increased to four, the press service of the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination (JCCC) informs on May 4 on its official website.

The incident occurred on the evening of May 4. A man was wounded in Aleksandrovka village as a result of shelling conducted by the Ukrainian army.

“A 55-years-old man living at Lilina lane 4 received shrapnel wounds to the parietal region of the head and to the leg,” the JCCC said.

According to the provided information, the fire was fired from the cow barn, located at the outskirts of the Mariinka village. The enemy opened fire with BMP infantry fighting vehicle main guns from the positions of the 7th mechanized company of the 3rd Battalion of the Ukrainian 28th Brigade.

The other three victims of the shelling were previously reported. Seven- and ten-years-old girls were injured. The wounded girls were taken to the Donetsk hospital.
