Ceasefire has been violated in the Idlib de-escalation zone, according to a bulleting of May 1 of the Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in the Syrian Arab Republic (SAR).
“The Russian part of the joint Russian-Turkish commission for issues related to ceasefire violations has reported one incident of opening fire in the province of Idlib,” the statements reports.
The Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria is a unique unit of the Russian army. Its personnel are responsible for diplomatic and humanitarian missions in SAR.
The servicemen of the Center hold negotiations for the heads of tribes and the leaders of opposition group to join the ceasefire agreement.
