The best thing to do in honor of Lenin on either the anniversary year, or at any other time is to move toward the implementation of the socialist revolution, said the Secretary of Russian Communist Workers Party (RCWP) for the Workers’ Movement Stepan Malentsov in an interview to a Rossa Primavera News Agency correspondent on April 21.
“It would be best to simply implement his ideas. To prepare and to bring about a socialist revolution. We have to do everything in our power to move further in this direction, given the specific historical situation,” Stepan Malentsov replied to a question of how he would theoretically celebrate the 150th anniversary of Lenin’s birth if he were the leader of Russia.
Malentsov noted that the ideas of Marxism-Leninism were close to him since school. Lenin as a leader of the working class is for him an example of lack of arrogance and willingness to learn from workers.
“At the pinnacle of state power, he remained an accessible and modest person in life. I’m just trying to comply with these qualities and to never be out of touch with the workers,” said Stepan Malentsov.
The working class is being forced to combat, and in order to win its struggle, it must protect its leader from all the attacks and to adopt the Leninist system in order to implement the theory, the politician said.
