The greatest Russian politician and statesman Vladimir Ilyich Lenin was an author of one of the most progressive political projects, Professor of the Moscow High School of Social and Economic Sciences Grigory Yudin said in an interview to the Rossa Primavera News Agency on April 8.
Speaking about the political project to which Lenin contributed as an author, Yudin explained that “the project gave us new forms of social and political equality, a social state, and a new perspective of human solidarity.”
Professor noted that Russia, as well as the world on the whole today, are lacking an alternative project of organizing the future. The politicians at power today are promising to return to the successes of the past, but few are discussing any re-arrangement of the future.
According to Yudin, Lenin is fundamentally different because “he gave the world a progressive orientation that we are lacking so much today.”
On April 22, 2020, the world will celebrate the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Russian revolutionary and statesman Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.
