Two officers of LPR People’s Militia killed by Ukrainian shelling

The Ukrainian army shelled Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) territory killing two officers of the LPR People’s Militia, the Lugansk Information Center reports on April 5.

According to the statement of the LPR representative at the Joint Center for Ceasefire Control and Coordination, two officers of the LPR People’s Militia, hit by fragments of shrapnel, died as a result of shelling of Kalinovo village.

In violation of all the agreements, the Ukrainian army continues to shell regularly DPR and LPR territory using heavy weapons.

On April 3, the Investigative Committee of Russia instituted another three criminal charges under the death of people as a result of shelling of Donbass by the Ukrainian army.

According to the Committee, Ukrainian shelling is aimed at killing and injuring Donbass civilians on grounds of political and ideological hatred and hostility.
