The Libyan National Army (LNA) began the preparation of the 5th wave of volunteers eager to fight against the Turkish army and its allies, the LNA Press Service announced on February 8 on its Twitter page.
According to the LNA Press Service, “The 5th wave of volunteers from Cyrenaica (region in the south-east of Libya) began its last week of a two-month training programme. This wave consists of 25 000 troops eager to fight against Turkish invaders and their terrorist militias in Tripoli”.
