Turkish military takes wheat from captured silos in northern Raqqa

The Turkish army has begun to seize wheat from silos in the newly occupied territories, a source of the Rossa Primavera News Agency in Syria reported on October 13.

The source said that the Turkish servicemen began to seize stocks of wheat from warehouses in the east of the village of Sulyuk in northern Raqqa, which were captured a few hours ago.

Earlier the Turkish military reported that over the 3 days of military operations in northern Syria Kurdish military units suffered casualties numbering 459 men.

Last night the Turkish Defense Ministry announced that the Syrian “moderate opposition» detachments, backed by Turkey, captured the frontier town of Ras al-Ayn in the Syrian province of Hasakah on the night of October 11-12.
