Syrian army strikes terrorists in Idlib

The Syrian army launched a series of strikes on terrorist groups in the province of Idlib, a source of the Rossa Primavera News Agency reported on July 7.

The Syrian military aircrafts attacked terrorists located in the city of Khan Shaykhun in the south of Idlib province. The Syrian army also struck the positions of terrorists in the Jabal Al-Arbain area near the town of Ariha in Idlib province.

Besides that, as a result of Syrian army strike on Tahrir al-Sham militants (organization banned in Russia) in the west of Idlib province, 12 terrorists were eliminated in the area of Mahambal village. Most of them were the citizens of Uzbekistan.

For several recent months, terrorists have repeatedly tried to seize the territory in the area of the city of Kafr Nabudah, controlled by the Syrian authorities. This city is located almost on the border of the provinces of Idlib and Hama near the city of Khan Shaykhun, located in the south of the Idlib province.

The terrorists’ attempts to seize these territories had no success.
