Poland delivers $1 million in armaments to Ukraine

22.04.2019, Lugansk.

Polish military personnel imported $1 million worth of armaments to Ukraine via the Krakovets border post, Izvestia reports on April 21 citing Aleksey Selivanov’s international organization  “Vernoe Kazatchestvo”.

The newspaper, citing Aleksey Selivanov, reports that on March 20 approximately 500 assault rifles, 400 thousand rounds of ammunition, night vision equipment and radio stations were brought in Ukraine. It says that this shipment was not the only one.

US military support for Kiev is estimated at $400 million, as Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak has repeatedly stated.

Moscow has on several occasions brought attention to the fact that arms shipments to Ukraine will only aggravate the conflict in Donbass, which dates back to 2014. Judging by its activities, Ukraine does not intend to settle this conflict by political means.
