Ukrainian militant uncovers his army’s plans

21.01.2019, Donetsk.

Kiev is going to resume an active phase of hostilities and to carry out an offensive in Donbass, said the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) People’s Militia Spokesperson Daniil Bezsonov, the Donetsk News Agency reports on January 20.

The DPR People’s Militia obtained this information from a Ukrainian soldier who had been captured drunk near the DPR army’s defensive positions.

The press service statement stresses that the information about preparing an offensive is not false. “Only uncovering and disclosing of offensive plans have forced the enemy to give it up,” said the press service. The Ukrainian militant said that “every day the hatred and contempt for Poroshenko is rising in the Ukrainian army.”

According to the captive, every soldier understands that the introduction of martial law in ten country’s regions is nothing more than a ploy to postpone indefinitely the elections and to remain in power.

On December 26, 2018, the Ukrainian parliament cancelled the martial law in ten country’s regions bordering Russia and Transnistria, which had been adopted on November 26, 2018. Nevertheless, the DPR intelligence is regularly getting information about the preparation of an offensive.
