Militants units armed with mortars are attacking the area of the Ma’an settlement in northern Hama, a Rossa Primavera News Agency source in Syria reports on November 4.

In response, the Syrian army is attacking the mortar launch zones.

Four militants of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) were killed and 7 were wounded as a result of an improvised explosive device (IED) blast in their truck on the way from Al-Barsir to the village of Al-Halwa in the province of Deir ez-Zor.

An Al-Jabhat al-Shamiya (an organization banned in Russia) military official, the terrorist Abu Al-Kal’, was also killed as well as a number of his companions as a result of an IED explosion in an automobile on the road between the town of Azaz and village of Kaljabrin in the northern Aleppo.

Several SDF military patrol fighters were killed and wounded as a result of an IED explosion in the village of Hamrat Nasir in the eastern Raqqa.

Clashes between terrorists from Liva Al-Shimal (an organization banned in Russia) and militants from the security department of Azaz belonging to the pro-Turkish Al-Jaish Al-Hurr (an organization banned in Russia), who attacked them and confiscated their vehicle, occurred in the city of Azaz in the northern Aleppo.

On October 20, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced the complete defeat of the militants in Syria and the return of the state to a peaceful life. However, on October 31, the representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Major General Igor Konashenkov, said that the militants of the IS (an organization banned in Russian) are returning to territories previously liberated from them. The US-led coalition has not stopped airstrikes on Syrian territory, which cause civilians casualties.
