Terrorists in Idlib decide to unite before Syrian army offensive

Liwa Ahrar al-Shimal (organization banned in Russia) terrorist group operating in the city of Adnan in the north of Aleppo has announced its uniting with the National Front formation (al-Jabha al-Wataniya) (organization banned in Russia), Middle East expert at Rossa Primavera News Agency reported on August 16.

The following brigades are included in the group: Sukur al-Shimal (Northern Falcons – editorial comment), Suar al-Shimal (Northern Rebels – editorial comment), Fursan al-Shimal (Northern Horseback Riders – editorial comment), and others. (All the above-mentioned organizations are banned in Russia).

Recently, a number of known squads from Al-Jaish Al-Hur (organization banned in Russia), operating in Idlib and Aleppo provinces, have joined al-Jabha al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir (National Liberation Front – editorial comment) (organization banned in Russia). This happened after the Syrian Arab Army declared launching a campaign for the liberation of Idlib and the areas controlled by the terrorists in Latakia.

Al-Jabha al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir (organization banned in Russia) was created at the end of May by large groups operating in northern Syria.
