30.07.2018, Idlib.

A new terrorist group has been formed in Syria, the Islamist news agency of Al-Sham reports on July 29 in its Telegram channel.

The terrorists fighting in northern Syria, represented by Jabhat Tahrir Suriya (organization banned Russia), Tahrir al-Sham (organization banned Russia), Al-Jabha Al-Vataniya (organization banned Russia) and a number of others, have united and formed a new group called  Jaish al-Fatah, in order to repel Syrian government attacks in Idlib and its vicinity, as well as to the west and south of Aleppo.

A military source in Jaish al-Fatah, who wished to remain anonymous, said that the number of fighters of the new armed group is 79,000, and all of them are highly qualified military professionals. He also added that immediately after the end of the defensive period, the new group will attack Assad’s army and his allies.

It took two months to prepare the establishment of a new group.

After the complete liberation of the Syrian provinces of Deraa and al-Quneitra, northern Syria with its center in Idlib will remain the only stronghold of the terrorists.
