The Syrian army’s offensive liberated a number of towns and villages in the Daraa province, a source of the Rossa Primavera News Agency reported on July 24.

After violent clashes with the terrorists, the government forces took control over the villages of Bakkar, Bakkar Sharqi, Umm al-Luqas, and Al-Bassah As-Sharqiyah in the province of Daraa.

In early July, the al-Assad government’s forces occupied the cities of Melihit Al Atash and Buser al Harir in the eastern Daraa, and they established checkpoints to encourage many civilians to return to their homes in these cities.

Also, the Syrian military reported that another group of militants and their family members, who refused to reconcile and cease hostility, arrived to the Murek checkpoint in the northern Hama province.
