A warlord of Jaysh al-Izza group Abu Marvan was killed by unidentified people who triggered an improvised explosive device, a Rossa Primavera News Agency source in Syria reports on April 7.
The incident occurred on Khan Shaykhun – Kafar Sijnah road in Idlib province.
The Jaysh al-Izza group is allied to Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (organization banned in Russia), previously known as Jabhat al-Nusra (organization banned in Russia). The group’s base is found in the so-called Al-Lataminah salient in Hama province.
