Ukrainian nationalists threaten to disrupt voting at the Embassy of Russia

On March 8, press service of Svoboda nationalist union posted information on its web-site about the intention of Ukrainian nationalists to disrupt voting on the day of election of the president of the Russian Federation at the diplomatic missions of Russia in Ukraine.

United forces of nationalists: Svoboda, Right Sector (organization banned in Russia – Rossa Primavera), National Corps, will not let the election of the president of Moscovia to happen in Ukraine,” the post says.

To disrupt the voting the nationalists plan to block entries to the buildings of the diplomatic missions of Russia in Ukraine.

In the beginning of February, Russian government sent a note to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry on opening four voting stations in Ukraine (at the Russian embassy in Kiev, and at the diplomatic missions of Russia in Odessa, Lvov, and Kharkov). The Russian Federation has also urged the Ukrainian side to take the necessary security measures for the time of the voting.
