American surveillance planes flew over the Black Sea coast of Russia

Two United States military planes, P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol plane and RQ-4 Global Hawk drone, carried out reconnaissance of the entire Black Sea coast of Russia, Western airspace monitoring agencies informed on January 7, Interfax news agency reports.

According to the report, the US Air Force RQ-4A Global Hawk drone flew over the cost of Crimea up to the Kerch Strait for several hours, and the Krasnodar Territory coast to Sochi, after its reconnaissance mission along the demarkation line in the Donbas.

At the same time, the US Navy P-8A Poseidon plane, which was already spotted flying near the city of Sevastopol before, this time flew the west and south of the Crimean peninsula. Later, the plane was seen near the city of Novorossiysk.

Earlier, it was reported on January 1 that an American aircraft carried out a reconnaissance mission along the Russian border near Crimea.
