Yury Byaly: US hegemony moves the world towards guided chaos

15.11.2017, Russia.

US hegemony leads to chaos and dehumanization process throughout the world, said Yury Byaly, Vice-President of the Experimental Creative Center Foundation on November 5 at the Sofia club open meeting, Rossa Primavera News Agency correspondent reports.

The power of the modern US is made up of the following, says the expert. “Large military capabilities and the readiness to project and use it anywhere in the world through NATO and other alliances; a speculative financial turbo-capitalism where virtual financial turnover exceeds several-fold the real circulation of money; a system of global cyber espionage; a global control of the media by American capital which creates, according to Walter Lippmann, a manufactured consent.”

The US had relaxed after the collapse of the Soviet Union, later coming to the conclusion that American hegemony is hampered by the whole system of international law and economic institutions. And then they begin to use Trump as an instrument, with the use of which certain elites (“the kings of politics”) want to break the established global rules of the game.

Stable sociality of conservative forces hinders American hegemony. They cannot be easily manipulated by  intelligence agencies or “skeletons in the closet”. That’s why “Trump is discrediting all right-wing forces, including the church.

“The hegemon (the US) and its allies are moving the world towards guided chaos”, noted Byaly. “Their slogans are “Dehumanization” and “Chaotization”. All of this has been accompanied by the creation of quasi-alternatives  – Islamist organizations. Very soon, we will face monstrous consequences if in these circumstances the process of dehumanization and chaotization is not stopped. This includes the use of nuclear weapons.”

“Only the reinterpreted left-wing ideas, free from the pus of postmodernism and supplemented by metaphysics, can save the world from a catastrophe. New leftist humanistic ideas must ally with conservatism free of the right-wing radicalism. Such alliance is not only a possibility, it is a necessity, considering the current situation,” stressed Byaly in conclusion.

An open meeting of the Sofia Club took place on November 5 in Moscow. The topic of the meeting was “Left Alternatives for Europe”. The International Sofia Club was established in the capital of Bulgaria in 2013 on the initiative of Tatjana Ždanoka and Giulietto Chiesa, the members of the European Parliament, Sergei Kurginyan, the leader of the Essence of Time social movement, and Zakhari Zakhariev, President of the Slavic Foundation. Representatives from Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine participate in the discussion.
