European Social Democratic forces have succumbed to the rules-of-the-game of those who hold power, said Giulietto Chiesa, an ex-member of the European Parliament and the President of the Alternativa (Alternative) association, on November 5 at the Sofia Club Open Meeting, Rossa Primavera News Agency reports.
He believes that the reason for what happened is that leftist forces have lost the ability to analyze the society.
“They have no strategy and no power. We need a new theory of the world. However, nobody has one”, Chiesa said.
On November 5, the Sofia Club Open Meeting took place in Moscow. The topic of the meeting is “Left Alternatives for Europe”. The International Club Sofia was established in the capital of Bulgaria in 2013.
