The situation remains tense; the Ukrainian army’s artillery shelled Donetsk several times.
During the day, the Kiev side opened fire on the villages of Spartak and Zhabunki north of the Donetsk People’s Republic (the DPR) capital, as well as on the villages of Trudovskiye and Aleksandrovka in the west of the city. One civilian sustained shrapnel injuries in Aleksandrovka.
The OSCE mission monitors finished the CCTV installation on the roof of the Donetsk water filtration plant yesterday. The CCTVs were installed there before but they were damaged as a result of the Ukrainian military’s shelling.
According to the recent data, on October 23, the Ukrainian military violated the ceasefire 23 times.
